These terms apply to your use of maplecarpetcleaning.com and to cleaning services booked with Maple Carpet Cleaning (“Maple”, “we”, “us”).
Quotes and pricing
- Online estimates are based on the information you provide. Our written quote is a ceiling, not a floor: if the job turns out smaller than described, the invoice comes down.
- If the job on arrival is materially larger than described (for example additional rooms or items), we will tell you and agree a revised price with you before starting that work.
- Quoted prices include the services listed as included on our website, and tax.
Appointments
Appointments are confirmed by phone or email. Rescheduling and cancellation must be submitted 24hrs prior to service time.
Before we clean
Please let us know about any known damage, previous treatments, or delicate or antique items before we begin. Some stains are permanent color loss rather than soil; when we believe a stain or area cannot be improved, we will tell you before charging for it.
Our guarantee
Our written satisfaction promises are set out on our Guarantee page and printed on every invoice.
Payment
Payment is due when the work is complete unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Liability and insurance
Maple is fully insured and bonded. If you believe something was damaged during a service, please contact us within 24hrs so we can inspect it and make it right.
